    In an effort to cut down on spamming of the list, I process subscriptions by hand. However, I am usually very busy and not able to process subscription requests more often than once a week (sometimes less often that that!). Consequently, subcriptions may take a while to start, If you haven't started receiving mail for the list within two weeks, contact me at welbon@bga.com
